Office Cleaning Solutions, gives detailed attention to the little items that make the difference in your corporate or local office. Our employees are trained at the facility they are going to be working at. They are given a list of duties to be completed and taught how to perform each task. They are given pointers on how to customize their job and to take ownership of their building. All monies above and beyond minimum wage are bonus dollars our employees earn for being honest, trustworthy and responsible. Bonus dollars are penalized for lack of quality or not calling in for a replacement in case of an absence. We have been very successful with the bonus dollars incentive. Onsite supervision and quality control worksheets add to our quality of service. |
