Service.  We have been servicing the
Colorado Springs area since 1988.  Office
Cleaning Solutions, gives detailed attention
to the little items that make the difference in

Office Cleaning Solutions has 23
employees with over 66 years of
professional janitorial experience which
include management skills, general office
cleaning duties, window cleaning, carpet
cleaning, floor maintenance and equipment
repairs.  Our employees are trained at the
facility they are going to be working at.  
They are given a list of duties to be
completed and taught how to perform each
task.  They are given pointers on how to
customize their job and to take ownership
of their building.  All monies above and
beyond minimum wage are bonus dollars
our employees earn for being honest,
trustworthy and responsible.  Bonus dollars
are penalized for lack of quality or not
calling in for a replacement in case of an
absence.  We have been very successful
with the bonus dollars incentive.  Onsite
supervision and quality control worksheets
add to our quality of service.
